(b) The Field Method

Every can starts with a hunt for the OG café.

We fly to the city where a dessert was born, sit in the original room, and taste it where it began. Then we bring that flavor home — sealed, frozen, and stamped into a can you can take anywhere.

01Locate the origin — the café, the block, the source.
02Taste it on site and log the coordinates.
03Rebuild the flavor and stamp the can on return.
